I'm getting quite a few of these on my 3770k in Win7.

60/2141 or 2.8%.

CPU app no longer obeys <avg_ncpus> command in app_config. Tasks set to 1 will take 3-4 CPU threads. Again, I do this as tasks are too short. An mt task that takes several seconds to run interrupting 8 to 32 tasks in the middle of another tasks checkpoint can waste a lot of time.

As far as I know, avg_ncpus works only for single-threaded apps. Try to use
<cmdline>--nthreads 1</cmdline>

to run in a single-threaded mode.

'Finish file present too long' is a very common problem. I'll try to figure out, what's causing it in this project.
